My name is Corrine — I’m a mom of two, an Emotional Wellness & Confidence Coach, and the heart behind the Chronically Confident Collective™. 

 

I’ve lived with Type 1 diabetes for over 20 years, and like so many moms, I know what it feels like to juggle an unpredictable body, endless responsibilities, and the guilt of not being able to “do it all.”

 

For a long time, I felt stuck between survival mode and the version of motherhood I had always dreamed of.

 

That’s what led me to create The Chronic Confidence Method™ — a simple, empowering framework born out of one of the darkest seasons of my motherhood journey. I was drowning in anxiety, depression, guilt, rage, and isolation. I’ll never forget the moment my 3-year-old looked at me with fear in his eyes after one of my uncontrollable outbursts. That was my wake-up call.

 

I knew there had to be more than just surviving — not only for my own health, but for the legacy I was imprinting on my children. I didn’t want them to remember me as a broken, angry, or depleted mom. There had to be more.

 

The Chronic Confidence Method™ isn’t about perfection or “fixing” yourself — it’s about helping moms who feel limited by their bodies, health, or circumstances rebuild their emotional energy, reclaim calm, and lead their families with confidence. The five pillars of my method became my anchors in the inevitable — yet still beautiful — chaos of motherhood.

 

And now, I share this framework with moms navigating chronic illness, postpartum recovery, or simply the daily overwhelm that comes with caring deeply for everyone else.

 

When I say “chronic,” I’m not just talking about illness — I’m talking about the places we’ve learned to live around our pain instead of healing through it. 

 

To me, “chronic” means ongoing resilience, deep awareness, and the courage to rebuild what life tried to break.

 

Because I deeply believe that what feels chronic — whether it’s illness, exhaustion, or emotional burnout — doesn’t have to define your motherhood; it can refine it. It can shape you into a more present, grounded, and intentional version of yourself.

Through leading in-person support groups, facilitating healing conversations, and creating safe spaces for connection, I’ve witnessed the incredible transformation that happens when moms feel seen, supported, and no longer alone in their story.

💛 I’m also honored to partner with Doulas of CNY, extending emotional wellness and confidence coaching to their amazing community of moms. Together, we’re bridging the gap between postpartum care and long-term emotional healing — helping mothers not only recover, but rediscover who they are in this new season of life.
